Shipping

Orders will be shipped after payment within 2 days.
We use various courier services like PostNL and DHL.
All products will be packed with utmost care. 

Shipping price too high when buying multiple items?  
Please contact us, sometimes we can combine certain items and reduce shipping costs!

Duration of shipping

- Netherlands, normally 1 to 2 days after shipping.
- Europe, normally 5 to 7 days after shipping.
- Rest of the world, normally 7 to 14 days after shipping.

Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our products.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days.
You will only pay the shipping costs.
Before returning a product please contact us at info@retroactive.nl

Products that are sealed with purchase cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
